Williams out of Franklin Co. has good speed, but his ability to lower his shoulder and take on contact is even more impressive. He runs with good pad level and churns his legs for extra yardage on every play. He is a quick accelerator, and once he sees an opening, the class of 17 running back fires through like his hair is on fire. Williams has outstanding balance and determination to get as many yards as possible. Really tough football player.
