What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?
I keep my priorities in check. I’m a student and then I’m an athlete, and I keep that in mind at all times. I love my family, and I love my team. I’m always going to give 100% in everything I do and in the end that’s what matters.
Schaffer made big improvements over the last year adding a lot of weight to his lanky frame. His length gives the senior an advantage and we believe he could become very effective at effecting the pass game with PBU’s. Schaffer played in the NUC All-American game during winter break. Overall, he’s a really tough player who plays the game with a physical mindset.
