What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?

Size and athleticism

Belcher has come on strong the last two years of high school. He has super strong hands, and just claws the football into his possession. Going down the middle he is a bear to tackle, and very effective on slants. Belcher has housed several short passes this year, he is deceptively fast for a player that weighs 215 lbs. Imagine Kiel Pollard but with more speed, that’s what I see with Belcher. He is a legit athlete, shows good ball skills going up for a pass. Definitely can high-point it, but only 6’1″. That’s where his hands really impress, he just eats the ball up. Must have huge hands. Belcher has seen his recruitment gain some interest, but still just a select few of D1 and D2 programs. Belcher is now playing a hybrid role at RB and WR. I think that’s a good way of using his versatility and every time I ever watch the 2022 athlete live he shows out looking like an FBS caliber football player. Belcher has a good body composition, and his ability to line up at multiple positions really makes him a unique prospect. He shows upside to play some snaps at RB/HB/WR at the next level. Belcher doesn’t have true breakaway speed, but his physicality and toughness makes for a tough player to tackle, and the reps at RB he has looked great so far in 2021.
