Williams has length and speed, but still figuring out how to put it all together to dominate a HS game. He does certainly hustle, and shows a nice motor coming from the weakside. He gets a fair amount of PBU’s. He isn’t very physical at the point of attack, and how fluid he moves in the open field makes me believe he could be pretty good in zone coverage. He’s a project, and it will be interesting to see how he progresses over the year, but it’s pretty impressive to see a guy at his size operate in the trenches and moves as well as he does. Needs to hit the weight room hard this offseason and has added about 10 lbs to his frame just in the last 6 months. Needs to get his grades up because Williams has some of the highest upside of any DE in this class.
