Johnson is a bull with outstanding fundamentals to boot. He plays with a really flat back, has active hands to get off blocks. Despite his height, he does a really good job of reading the play and getting into the backfield. His natural instincts to jump the direction of the play is impressive. Johnson is very strong, uses technique to advantage, and is able to occupy multiple blockers. Against Peachtree Ridge he had one instance where even maintained 3 blockers at once – pretty impressive. Johnson is a solid football player, he does a ton of things right, and is working hard this offseason to take his game to another level.
