BuddyRow Garrer has been Mr. Do-It-All for Aquinas the last few seasons. The agile playmaker has been a dynamic deep ball threat dating back to his sophomore year. He is adept at making players miss and has continued to look more explosive coming out of his breaks. Garrer route running continues to get more refined. He shows some sticky hands making catches over several defenders or just completely stretching out parallel to the ground where he has to adjust to make a catch. He can make those acrobatic types of catches due to his excellent body control. Garrer’s ability to haul in the deep pass cannot be overstated enough. He is really good at gauging the football. His ability to read the trajectory of the pass is one reason why we like Garrer at cornerback at the next level. He is really fast, has great instincts reading the football and we love to see him sprawl out to break up a pass. Garrer is very physical tackling or blocking for that matter. He is a no doubt FBS-caliber football player. We have been impressed with the progress in his weight going from 145 in his sophomore year to nearly 170 spring of his junior year. Garrer has legit speed and is the type of prospect to watch closely during the evaluation period where he should test out well.
