I like Hayes as an open field tackler, the tough DB from Bleckley steps up and just unloads some big hits into the ball carrier. Cannot teach how Hayes sees the field. He makes very good breaks on the football. Jumps a few bad passes down the middle of the field. Very natural looking athlete. Working on hip quickness so he can be even better in man coverage is an area to improve. Hayes is a very tough 2020 prospect. Tackling is extremely good, gets very low and is physical. Very explosive, think he can play nickelback in college.
