Fletcher plays the game with a chip on his shoulder and hits like a bag of hammers, while also showing good fundamentals with his tackling form. The 2018 recruit flies to the ball carrier, is quick to step up in run support and looks like the type of recruit that FBS colleges covet. Continuing to add weight to his frame will be a key factor in P5 schools going after him or not, but with the way he hits, that might not even make a difference.
