True athlete can play any position. I can play compete with any body who steps in front of me.
Powell is a great looking athlete with a powerful running stride. He plays both QB and WR for his HS and he is a very gifted athlete. The rising senior can finish off a run with authority and is a creative decision maker with the ball in his hand. At the next level he looks best suited at WR, where he can stretch the field as a big play threat but he could be a thumper at FS too.
