Brookwood athlete Cantorian Weems had a massive day today when four colleges offered him. On the heels of his Oregon State offer, Mercer, Georgia State, App State and Coastal Carolina all offered him in the period of what seemed like an hour.
It was an exciting moment for Weems, who changed position halfway through his high school career. The Brookwood Class of ’17 prospect now holds offers from six programs and is really just scratching the surface of his potential at free safety.
Last season he had 52 tackles, two interceptions and six pass breakups while also scoring once. We expect more FBS programs to jump on Weems once they take a closer look at his growth.
