What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?

I can play both sides of the ball at any position and will make plays.

Wallace was injured his junior year and missed the whole season. That opened up some opportunities for his teammates to put up big numbers at receiver, but seems to have stalled out his recruitment to some degree. Wallace was a prospect we had talked about going back to his freshman year where he showed a lot of potential playing on the varsity already. He has a huge frame, and at the next level we think he can get to around 225. Wallace’s recruitment took off a year ago during his sophomore year, where he looked like one of the best receivers in this class. The injury has put a slide to his recruitment, but watching his basketball highlights from junior year and it looks like Wallace has his bounce back just fine going up with tomahawk dunks and alley-oops while also putting up 20 point games. This isn’t a hoops evaluation, but indicates that the big man is getting back to it. Wallace is a powerful runner and is able to break through arm tackles. He is a legit red zone target where he basically boxes out defensive backs creating his own space. Wallace has good reactions as a runner, making well time cuts and being fairly elusive considering his size. We have always said, Wallace reminds us a lot of Demaryius Thomas, and we think he could very well slip thru the cracks if colleges decide to move on, but ultimately his frame and athleticism is so enticing that is doubtful. We would like to see him get better at high-pointing the football and also continue to work on his route running. He has very soft hands and they are huge. Wallace looks like a safe bet to recruit in this class.
