Jake Godfree
JR North Gwinnett
Linebacker

North Gwinnett’s Jake Godfree had 19 total tackles in a big 21-7 win over Colquitt County, which has vaulted the Bulldogs into the 6A top 10 at #9. The All-State linebacker is one of the best defenders in the state. We will update with film when it becomes available.

Will Rajecki
SR Sequoyah
Running Back

Sequoyah’s Will Rajecki rushed for 221 yards and three touchdowns on 26 carries, throwing for 20 yards, and accounted for most of Sequoyah’s 308 total yards in a 37-6 win over Kell. The physicality was too much and the Memphis commit is putting together an All-State caliber season thus far.

CJ Anderson
SR Crawford Co.
Athlete

Crawford County’s CJ Anderson had 334 yards, 11 carries, 4 touchdowns, a 49-14 win over Kendrick. The SR had one 96-yard touchdown where he emphatically stiff-armed a defender to the ground midway to the endzone.

Trey Smith
SR Roswell
Quarterback

Roswell’s Trey Smith was clutch passing for 16 of 22 for 203 yards and rushing for 112 yards and three touchdowns on 19 carries in their 30-28 win over Walton. Smith continues to show why he is among 5A’s most efficient decision-makers.

Christian Monfort
SR Morgan Co.
Running Back

On the night, Monfort rushed for 239 yards and three touchdowns on 27 carries. Morgan County pulled away late with a pair of Christian Monfort touchdowns in the 4th quarter to beat Oconee County 35-14. The Preseason All-State back is committed to West Georgia.

Gavin Nuckolls
SR NW Whitfield
Quarterback

Northwest Whitfield wins in a 62-42 shootout over Dalton with SR QB Gavin Nuckolls completing 17 of 27 passes for 253 yards and 2 touchdowns while doing major damage on the ground with 213 yards and 3 more scores. Nuckolls continues to make plays and show why he is one of the more underrated passers in 2026.

Jayde Beasley
SR Mill Creek
Running Back

The SR went off with 280 rushing yards and 3 touchdowns in a massive 45-29 win over Archer. Beasley has been a revelation in the backfield for Mill Creek and seems to be gaining confidence with each opponent. The SR back is a deceptive runner who can isolate and elude a defender in space.

Aiden Watson
SOPH Harrison
Quarterback

Aiden Watson completed 18-24 passes for 362 yards and 51 rushing yards in a huge 25-23 win over North Paulding. Massive game for the sophomore passer, and the Hoyas push up to our bubble spot just outside the 6A rankings. Watson looks to be a 2028 to know.

Joshua Hopkins
SR Bowdon
Quarterback

Joshua Hopkins has a total of 5 touchdowns in a 48-7 beating of their rival Bremen. The SR threw for 216 passing yards and 120 rushing yards in route to another massive win over Bremen. Hopkins looks composed, finding open receivers and making defenses pay for their mistakes.

Nolan Matthews
SR Lumpkin Co.
Running Back

Lumpkin County beats Hart County 19-14 behind the legs of SR back Nolan Matthews. He rushes for 216 yards on 28 carries and 2 touchdowns. Matthews is playing with great intensity, and his breakaway speed is a difference-maker when he finds space.
