Recruiting Recap 6/26

Welcome to another edition of the Recruiting Recap! I hope everyone is ready for the weekend, I know that I am – this has been a busy week over here at Recruit Georgia!

You guys already know the deal, but for those who are new this feature will highlight all of yesterday’s offer, commitments, skipping three heating up today, and of course our sleeper of the day.

Hopefully this information is useful for college programs, we know of NCAA compliant services that on offer track and are paid thousands annually. We also provide free public profiles, but do also have an NCAA compliant database for sale as well.

Either route you take, we are positive this will help the state of Georgia in recruiting during these unprecedented times. – David

Sleeper of the Day

Deontre Morris
2021 Therrell

The 2021 Terrell athlete is an impressive ball player with an explosive body type and excellent acceleration to knife in front of the pass. He really makes some athletic plays in the middle of the field and shows outstanding body control going up for a pass. Morris is a quick-twitch athlete with considerable potential to play at the FBS level. His tackling is lacking from a technical stand point but he plays with no hesitation and goes into an attempt full speed ahead. A lot of times a good athlete out Terrell can undiscovered but I think that Morris shows the athletic upside to really grab the attention of FBS programs, and if he continues to fill out in the weight room he should take his game to a bigger level, especially on offense where he plays WR and RB. Increasing strength should definitely be a priority, but seeing him improve more in pass coverage, especially in man, then I think he will be a lock to play FBS ball, and I really like his versatility to play either FS or CB. Right now, Morris has offers from SEMO and Austin Peay.
