Sleeper of the Day

Nicholas Vaccaro
2025 Creekview
Tight End

The 6’5″ 225 lbs. pass-catcher lines up at receiver and tight end for Creekview. he has a big catch radius and good reactions adjusting back to passes. Vaccaro has a lot of upside at the next level. He is a physical blocker, does a nice job of getting underneath the pads of the defender, and really like his leg drive. He does need to get lower with his pad level, but love to see his motor and intensity as a blocker. Good urgency getting to his assignment and plays until the whistle. With a big frame and solid senior film, Vaccaro looks like a prospect to watch closely down the stretch. Continuing to improve his body control while blocking, keeping a flatter back, and just getting more explosive will help with execution. As a receiver, he looks comfortable catching passes, showing soft hands, and at a high degree of difficulty. Route running does need to get more tight. The senior should attract a slew of interest from various levels depending on team’s needs and scheme. Considering his great 4.4 GPA, we feel like high-academic programs should be all over Vaccaro. He has solid SR film and checks off so many boxes that D1 programs look for in a TE.

Three ‘n Out

Explosive JR QB Kaleb Narcisse has dropped his midseason film, and it’s worth the watch. The 6’1″ 195 lbs. dual-threat passer uncorks some passes with some serious heat, even with an imminent hit incoming. Narcisse has a wide frame and should continue to gain muscle, landing close to 210-215 while playing college. You have to be impressed with how the junior handles pressure and delivers an accurate pass. That will be tested this evening with Kell facing off against top-rated Blessed Trinity.

Porter Allison out of Dunwoody made one of the best catches last week where he highpointed the football and ripped it away from the defensive back while coming to the ground. Allison leads all of DeKalb County in receiving with 642 yards and 8 touchdowns and sports a great GPA too. His coach makes a great observation, how is this senior not being recruited? Any college coach worth their salt will watch the senior’s film; he has some of the best hands of any receiver in the state – seriously.

Huge games this week are going down tonight, but hard to find a bigger matchup than 6A’s mega rivalry between Colquitt County and Lowndes. WALB News Morgan Jackson previewed the matchup and more. A of eyes will be on this great game, so stay tuned. PS. – I picked Lowndes to win.
