Sleeper of the Day
DJ Ingram
2025 Jones Co.
Linebacker
Ingram was a workout warrior last offseason who caught our eye with impressive lifts, especially his power clean which was maxing around 315 in April. At 6’2″ and 205 lbs., the explosive outside linebacker does a nice job of playing on the edge. He is aggressive with his hands, setting the edge, and forcing the ball carrier back into pursuit. Nice swim move with violent hands too. Ingram has solid acceleration to the football. He can get leverage, peak, and rip through the lineman while engaged, and makes some nice tackles out to the sideline. Good body composition and honestly feel like Ingram can add some solid weight at the next level without losing mobility. Should see him closer to 230. While he looks ferocious as a blitzer, you don’t see Ingram defend the pass too much. He aggressively stops the run and tackles with intensity, but we would like more consistency in dropping his hips and wrapping up. Ingram is so explosive in the hips that his tackling should continue to refine in college. Senior film continues to impress. He is a great athlete with a reported 38″ vertical jump; you can see the D1 upside for sure. Ingram is a sleeper prospect with Tuskegee being the most recent from the 2024 season, but aside from that, his recruitment seems a little quiet. That should change soon here.

Three ‘n Out
You might have noticed in today’s recap that freshman Giovanni Tuggle has been blowing up with offers. The Winder-Barrow safety received several P4 offers in the last few days, and his film underneath shows a good reason why. The 6’1″ safety is explosive, timing his jump and high-pointing the football more like an upperclassman than a class of ’28 player. Even though his recruitment is just starting, Tuggle will be one to watch closely.

Bentavious Reviere can flat-out fly! The senior out of Upson-Lee quickly made an impact with two catches for two touchdowns. He runs a sub 11 second 100m and was one of the top 40 times at the Mercer Mega camp during the summer. Not too shabby for your first game back, but more importantly, college coaches need to take notice of the Upson-Lee speedster.
Jbird was 100% last night.
2 targets.
2 receptions.
2 touchdowns.Oh not to mention he had a couple PBUs as well. Just to throw that out there. https://t.co/FjWMiNZv13

Score Atlanta’s Najeh Wilkins did a cool interview with the Fannin County head coach Chad Cheatham. They are currently undefeated on the year with a 9-0 record, but it was many years ago that coach felt this group was different. Fannin County enters week 12 as the #3 team in Class A Div I.
Fannin County head coach Chad Cheatham talks when he knew his team could be special. The Rebels are 9-0 this season and can clinch a region title on Friday night.
