Commitments
Cedrick Nicely
2021 Gainesville
Ole Miss
Scoop: The big lineman for Gainesville has been starting for a few years now for the Red Elephants. The wide shouldered linemen has pretty quick feet, and gets out his stance well. At 6’4″ and over 300 lbs. Nicely has very good upside and should fit in well at OG at the next level.
Christian Charles
2021 Chestatee
Tennessee
Scoop: Charles was a do-it-all athlete the last few years for Chestatee. During both his sophomore and junior year the 2021 athlete has thrown for over 1000 yards and rushed as well. At the next level though, Charles has a lot of positions that he could fill out for Tennessee. Personally, we like him at wide receiver where quickness and long running stride can break off long plays.
Decommitments
Cole Bishop
2021 Starr’s Mill
Duke
Scoop: Bishop wants to play safety at the next level. The All-State safety decided to decommit and is currently hearing from Utah, Vanderbilt, Minnesota and Northwestern to go along with a few more schools. At 6’3″ and 190 lbs., Bishop has a good feel playing in the back of the defense where his high football IQ can be taken advantage of.

Sleeper of the Day
Chase Lewis
2021 East Coweta
Lewis has a background at the youth level as a big hitter, and watching his varsity film now that he has the added weight and you see some big hits for sure. He is quick to read the play, and does a nice job of jumping the gaps and making a low tackle at the waist of the ball carrier. Shows pretty good lateral quickness, nice quick choppy feet when changing directions. Doesn’t hesitate, Lewis reacts quickly to get around blocks and does a nice job of getting the ball carrier back into the pursuit even. Would do well playing out on the edge. Speed in comparison to size is a question, but cannot deny his instincts. Lewis might get to around 220 in college, he’s about 200 now. He is a tenacious defender who really gets after the ball, and you cannot teach his passion for the game. Lewis has offers from Presbyterian, LaGrange, Bethel, and Denison University. He has a 3.8 GPA with an All-Region accolades and Coweta County defensive player of the year.
