What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?

Accuracy, ability to read a defense and call an audible at the line, leadership ability, able to drive an offense down the entire field several times throughout a game, always put the ball where it needs to be.

Really like the 2019 QB’s game. He has long arms and is a quick decision maker when reading the defense. He has a quick release and shows good footwork rolling out to either side. Calzada has a really nice touch throwing over the middle on intermediate passes. Over the last year he added about 20 pounds, and got his first year of varsity starting duties where he had 1928 all-purpose yards, and 19 touchdowns. The 2019 recruit stands tall in the pocket, and can snap off high velocity passes through tight areas. His footwork is okay, but would like to see his steps look more concise. When he settles into his throw, he delivers a very catchable pass. Calzada’s arm strength and tools should attract division 1 football teams.
