Stapefeldt is pretty quick and gets really good leverage at the point of attack. He has a mean streak to him and plays until the whistle is blown. The Roswell senior is a good all-around center. He does not physicaly dominant but does a lot of things right from a fundamental standpoint and is a hard-worker.
