2018 All Region 1st Team

Hallmark is a nice little slot back who changes directions well and has very good low pad level. Does a good job of reading the defenders down field. Watching just the stat lines for Westminster, and it was obvious that the slot back was making explosive plays breaking off long runs that were pretty momentum swinging plays. He is very quick and just starting to carve out his role as a slot receiver too. Needs to work on route running and general speed. There is some legit potential as a slot receiver at the next level, especially for an option team. Very good at eluding tacklers, very shifty, can make tacklers miss in space, but doesn’t break much. Working on lower body strength should help. Hallmark reads his blocks well and has zero fear turning the football back into pursuit if he know he has a seam. Makes good cut backs down field, impressive young back who should continue to work at his receiving skills. Senior year and Hallmark was thrusted into the starting QB role at his run dominant HS, so he was definitely out of position to where he will play in college. Still, he finished with 3000 all-purpose yards and 24 touchdowns and made first team All-Region the last two years consecutively.
