My willingness to learn and grow as a player physically and mentally i strive to be better then everyone else with no acceptation.
Earl is strong as an ox out there on the field and shows a willingness to hustle downfield for big blocks. The 2018 offensive lineman keeps his hands inside the pads the defensive lineman’s pads and gets okay leverage. A lot of times he just physically whips the guy with his raw strength. Overall Earl is a good looking athlete but we would like to see him be more aggressive right at the point of attack and not just rely on his athletic advantages. Option teams will like his speed and size for sure.
