Stephens has been developed in a pass-happy offensve, and big offensive lineman does a great job of moving his feet. He has a quick kick-step considering his frame, does a nice job of picking up the oncoming pass-rusher. At the next level he is better fit at offensive guard. He shows decent ability as a run blocker, but would like to see him flatten out his back more and get more leverage. He’s been working hard in the weight room for years to be a college offensive lineman, so think he can definitely play at a very competitive level. Needs to continue his aggression throughout the play and finish his blocks. Really like his quickness in pass protection, and we think Stephens has the frame to be a good offensive guard at the next level.
