Tatum is extremely fast, and from checking his early season film, he has all the makings of being a P5 football player. Has a longer athletic frame. Very good tackler, meets the ball carrier at the waist and wraps up at the thighs. Tatum will continue to add weight and easily get into this 230. Ferocious in his tackling, tons of energy and just explodes through his attempt. Does a very nice job of sliding through the blockers, just seems to have a good feel for reading the play and putting his foot on the accelerator to get into the backfield. Tatum must have had over 20 tackles for loss on the year. Takes on blockers pretty well, but could use his hands better too. Also needs to continue to work on hip strength and just getting quicker moving laterally.
