Weatherspoon is the TE prospect that most colleges are looking for at this point. The 6’4″ receiver is a PF/dunker on the hardwood that is just getting used to playing football his senior year, but at 6’4″ and 217 lbs, he has the frame to work with and doe some special stuff with. A very well respected basketball scout (he trained me) said that he was one of the best contact dunkers in the state, which seems like a great situation for a tE. Weatherspoon needs to make quicker decisions after the catch, and just get up field. His HS is not going to throw the ball a ton, but wait another 30-40 days from now and Weatherspoon should have good enough productivity to warrant FBS offers, so I would get on him now and see how his senior year plays out.
