What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?

I'm a very good person off the field outside of football and other extra curricular activities. I stay on top of my grades and feel as if I can do great things for any team I play for.

Ellis is a good looking athlete who primarily played TE last season but this year is also getting reps on the defensive side of the ball. He looks pretty good running his routes, but where we are more impressed is him as a potential pass-rusher. His length allows him to get off blocks fast, and his speed from the backside results in a lot of assisted tackles. He’s gained about 15-20 pounds over the last year, which is nice improvement considering his frame. Honestly he could play a either TE or DE at the next level – we just think his highest upside is on defense.
