All-State FS. 2nd team All Region. Good hands, vocal, and good at reading the offense.
Carter tracks the ball excellently and he is a vicious tackler for his size. Carter is a natural athlete and just seems to instinctively put himself in great position to make a play. Carter is a versatile player, with quick hips and he reads the quarterbacks eyes, which makes us believe he could play any of the DB positions at the next level.
