Bivins was the state runner-up in wrestling in Class A as a sophomore and if you checkout his junior film there is an easy transition to what we see on film. He played a lot of DT this year but it’s Bivins potential as a center that has my interested peaked. He drives his legs very well through the block and is very quick and low when he engages. Solid hand placement, he actually plays a lot of OT for Wesleyan because he is very good in pass protection. Good quick kick-step. Bivins is a well trained player who played iron man football in 2019. Good all-around skill set, and has continued to add weight until now where he is about 300 lbs – a 20 lbs increase since the beginning of 2019. Bivins plays with very good leverage tough hand his general agility would be perfect as a center at the next level.
