Leading WR at mount Zion High with 80 career receptions and 16 career touchdowns

Brett reminds me of Dayton Wade from a few recruiting classes back. He is a pretty good route runner with excellent hands and excellent hand-eye coordination hauling in a pass. No doubt, he has ball skills and does a very good job of squaring up on the pass. Nice natural forward lean when running and he comes out of his breaks pretty well. Pretty quick feet, but would like to see him become more explosive during this offseason. Brett shows some upside as a route runner, he is pretty deliberate with his breaks and does a good job of selling his routes, and when coupled with his above average running after the catch I can see him being a versatile receiver in a spread offense. Slot receiver is the obvious spot for Brett. He makes some touch catches down the middle where he shows very good hands digging out passes. In fact, some of his film later in his JR highlight indicates where he will effect a defense more at the next level. Needs to work on first step, getting faster and more explosive as a leaper. Think he will garner D1 interest for sure.
