Ryan has strong lower body and can push a pile. His balance is pretty good, keep his pad level low, and seems to really crave contact. They move the athletic senior around at running back, h-back and play a little bit on defense. He is built like a brick house, and can shed tackles fairly easily, but does appear to lose balance. Ryans once claimed an offer from South Florida but do not believe that was ever committable. The senior doesn’t show the athletic burst whatsoever to play at that level though, and looks a lot more like an NAIA or even a D3 player.
