Semaj’ Williams is a physical defensive back who has very good size, especially when played at corner. He has long arms and does a good job breaking up passes. His physicality allows him to get good inside position on receivers. Williams is a good tackler and comes up in run support quickly. His attributes lead us to believe that he fits best at safety at the next level but could end up at any defensive back position.
