Tardits is very raw and new to the sport of football. He gets out of his stance pretty fast, and a lot of lineman just cannot react to his quickness. Would like to see him get off his blocks more and really utilize his length to full advantage. He has a great motor, and will fly towards the ball carrier if they are anywhere on the field. Last season he had really high tackle numbers which is extremely impressive for a defensive end and at the next level he might have to play OLB instead, so that’s an extremely encouraging stat. Senior year Tardits has been wrecking havoc in the backfield, and his speed and strength looks to have continued to progress. He is tenacious getting after the QB, and ended the year with 6 sacks in 9 games to go along with 18 tackles for loss.
