What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?

My work ethic on the field and in the classroom make me stand out as a future college athlete. I will not be outworked and will work to make myself and my team better everyday.

The game of football comes naturally to Martin and he takes good angles and his awareness on the field is hard to teach. Martin has a good initial burst and once he sees an opening he fires through like his hair is on fire. Martin’s low center gravity makes it very hard to knock him off his feet. One area he has obviously improved from soph to junior year is his hands. This season we are seeing him run wheels out of the backfield and make catches on the sideline with the defender draped all over him. His 8.7 yards per touch is certainly eye-popping. Martin has been a started for 4 years now at Woodstock. His improved ability to hit his top speed is a nice improvement from years past, and seems to hit his top speed quickly. Martin shows solid running vision, and makes subtle cuts to set up his blocks.
