Starting to see why Marist was so good last year, as their 2019 defensive line has several D1 prospects. The 2019 recruit led his team in sacks last year, he shows quick hands to get off blocks and plays the game with a lot urgency in general. He is a long snapper for Marist too, and just from watching him in short bits, we can see him playing FBS at that position. He has the frame of a WDE at the next level, so he needs to improve his agility a little bit more. He has a nose for the ball, does a good job pursuing the ball carrier. Reliable tackler, and think with added weight you will see more explosive tackles his senior year. Low weight lifting number’s strengthen that point. Mannelly’s relentless nature to get off his block and never stop hustling helped his sack numbers significantly.
