1st Team GA Recruit All-State WR, 2nd Team WR. TN& N.GA Named to “”Best of Prep”” All-Star Team. Region 4A 1st Team WR Selection.
1010 receiving yards on 46 receptions with 17 touchdowns. 80 tackles & 2 interceptions from Safety position.
Carter had over 1000 yards last season earning him All-State honors in the state of Georgia for his classification. The rising senior is a great all-around athlete who can change direction on a dime. Looks good on defense, makes sound tackles and takes good pursuit angles. Carter is just a natural athlete that can play a number of positions at the next level, in fact, he shows some potential at CB for a group of 5 school or FCS.
