What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?

ATH can play (and have played) anything from QB to DE (2023 & 2024 play 85% of snaps O ff & Def), 2024 2nd in Wrestling State 215lb, (3rd sport); Baseball phenom (4 yr varsity, SS, 3rd, pitcher, catcher (Top 10 batting avg county Top 50 state), One year of college classes completed as dual enrollment student

During the 2023 season, Craddock was among the best players in 4A, but was playing primarily off the edge. The ultra-aggressive defender is now at linebacker, which is a better fit for the 6’2″ 220 lbs. athlete. So let’s take a look at senior film, and how Craddock plays in space. The Stephenson senior quickly shows that he can stick in man coverage, picking up a slot receiver on the first play, sticking stride for stride and then making an interception. He is explosive tracking the football. Shows good acceleration out of his cuts, and does a great job of dropping his hips, and making a fundamentally sound tackle. Craddock strikes low, and puts a cheek on a cheek, which has led to a few fumbles. He is a powerful hitter though, and that’s the hallmark skill on film. As a pass-rusher, Craddock still does a great job of shooting the gaps and just plays super low. As of now, Craddock is one of the biggest sleepers in this recruiting class. Maybe over a 40-yard difference he is not going outrun peers, but from 10 and 20 yards there is no discernible difference. Also, junior film he looked stiffer in the hips, but we like him rotating over in coverage, especially given his wider frame, and midseason film shows an athlete who is equally fluid yet powerful. Plus, we love the fact that Craddock can line up on the edge, and be an effective pass-rusher, while also playing the MIKE. FBS programs need to be all over him. Craddock reminds me of Kevin Swint out of Carrollton, who has is an All-Conference performer for Georgia State.
