What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?

2 year starter on Varsity AND 1st team all region Sophomore Year. Hell-raiser on the field facing double teams on the regular not only in the region, but also vs very tough non region opponents. I handle business in the classroom as well.

Benton is a monster coming off the edge attacking the offensive tackle fast and knocking him off balance before he know’s what is up. Over the last few years he’s been one of the leading sackers in Georgia with over 20 now. He uses his hand effectively, quickly ripping off his blocks and wreaking havoc in the backfield. Shows a nice spin that is new from a year ago, positive development all around. Looks like the JR has a ton of potential to play football at the FBS level. It will be interesting to see if he grows more or will have to make the switch to OLB, but regardless, he showcases elite agility so the transition should be seamless. Benton has a natural instinct of getting off blocks, and you cannot teach the hustle he plays with. He needs to get stronger though, and sometimes we see him struggle to get the ball carrier down.
