The heavy set little brother to an all-state running back who is now at Mercer certainly shows a quick first step getting out his stance. Devezin is very tough fighting off his blocks. He is not a tall athlete, but very strong and compact at the point of attack. Devezin has a motor, he doesn’t want to be blocked, and does everything his power to get off of them, then create mayhem in the backfield. Tested out okay out combine coming it at 286 lbs. and good bench rep numbers too. Definitely can play at the D1 level.
