Jones flies after the ball carrier and goes in full speed when performing a tackle. He shows really good lateral quickness and willingness to take on blocks from much larger defenders. Jones plays the game with a ton of aggression, and flies after the ball carrier no matter where the play might be. He is a bone-crushing tackler who meets the ball carrier square in the numbers. Just looking at his measurements it looks like he could easily add on another 20 pounds while also improving his speed in fact. Jones is just a hitter plain and simple, whoever ends up with him at the next level will be getting an extremely mentally tough football player.
