What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?
I have excellent work ethnic. I'm a team player and leader. I try to push myself to the next level.
Germana benefitted massively from the Collins Hill offense scheme change where they primarily pro sets the year before. The 2018 back does a nice job of squaring his pads up field and getting the most yards possible. He does a nice job of setting up his blocks, showing a nice hesitation move to throw the defense off. Germana has mostly played on the JV the last few years, so this was a big opportunity for him to finally log varsity reps. Unfortunately he doesn’t change direction well, and lack of quickness really doesn’t help his chances at the next level since he is so small. We would like to see him be a little more involved in the passing game. One thing Germana does do is run hard keeping his feet moving after contact.
