What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?

My grind

McGee stood out right away when we were scouting SHS last fall for an online stream. The shifty playmaker is a creative runner who changes directions really well. McGee looks like a good slotback at the next level, he does a nice job of gauging the football from deep, one reason why he handles KO and PR for his team. The 2020 recruit will see an increase in production from last season and should be a front runner to be one of the better playmakers in 6-A. He’s a savvy runner, you cannot teach how he reads the defender and his ability to accelerate at the right time to get around the corner. McGee is also a very good CB prospect, he locks into the WR and his quick rotating hips allows for him to stick to the receiver well. He’s a physical tackler and has good length breaking up passes. Definitely one of the better, more versatile athletes in his class.
