Richardson ended up with 5 interceptions on the 2017 season & first team All-Region honors. He had one of the few bright spots offensively against Starr’s Mill as well, where he caught a 60 yard grab. Richardson display elite quickness, it a very technically sound player, using his hands to shade the receiver stride for stride. He was matched up against a 6’5″ wide receiver to that night, and more than held his own. Looking into the future, we need to see the 2019 recruit add more weight and get closer to 180 pounds this time a year from now. He projects really well as a cover cornerback at the next level.
