Most know about Johnson at this point, the son of former Super Bowl winning QB Brad Johnson came onto the scene as a freshman guns a blazing putting up pretty spectacular stats his first two seasons of varsity football. He has some serious arm talent, and excellent size to boot. There’s no doubt he can make most of the throws to execute a variety of offenses – plenty of velocity getting passes out to the sideline. Needs to increase efficiency this fall, junior year his completion percentage dropped and turnovers were higher than expected. His team took a state semifinalist deep into the playoffs, and figures to be one of the best teams in 4-A again. Looking to see him bounce back, plenty of raw talent for the major P5 QB recruit.
