Neff is a really hard worker, and will compete anywhere anytime. The 2019 QB has a really good release point and is a film room geek. Keep an eye on the 2019 QB over the next few years. He throws a tight spiral and has a very strong arm. Like his frame, very well coached, and think he should be on some FCS colleges’ radar. He has some legit arm talent. He lived oversees 3 years ago, new to the area but think he should be a standout at summer camps if it takes that long for colleges to recognize his ability. Great leader, very selfless, and does his best to spread the ball around to all players, keeping the defense off-balance. Neff played a much more consistent season senior year, and his efficiency was at an all-time high totaling 16 touchdowns and just 3 interceptions. His team saw one of their first ever top 10 ranking during the middle of the season, and the really went toe-to-toe with every opponent they played during the season. Neff is a quick decision maker, and can fire off passes quickly. A head injury stopped the senior QB from being close to 2000 yards on the season, but he still finished off with just over 1500 yards. A player like Neff elevates that talent around him, and when he gets the offense humming, they are simply hard to stop. The lack of interest from FCS programs at this point has been nothing short of shocking, as Neff was one of the best pure passers in the lower classifications in GA.
