What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?
I have a high motor and I'm always running with the ball whether it's on offense or defense. My quickness off the ball and aggression against blockers makes me a threat on the line.
Russell was a starter last year on a state runner up team. He has a big time motor and shows good urgency getting up field to spring a block downfield. He pops out his stance pretty quick and he seems to follow the offensive scheme well. He has a nasty streak to him, and we saw him just drill a 3 star defensive end in the state title game. He’s not big enough to play OT at the next level but can slide over. Ideally the most suited position for the 2018 recruit is center. One thing is for certain, his film is worth the watch.
