What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?

Leadership skills. I was 1 of 3 out of my high school to be selected for the IDEALS Leadership School and voted the 2019 Team Captain Award winner as voted on my teammates. Strong work ethic. Film junkie. Gym rat. Tough and gritty. Team first guy. Motivates and elevates others. Class rank was 15th out of over 730. Member of the National Honor Society. Excellent field vision and manipulate defenses with my eyes. Process information quickly. High offensive output. Over 20 touchdown with Only 3 interceptions in 2019 season. Norcross offensive player of the year 2019. Multiple time Georgia Public Broadcasting Top Performers of the Week.

Kaplan has good footwork in the pocket, and shows very good agility to boot. He is able to get around rushers and continue to keep eyes up field. Does a very good job of sidestepping pass rushers. Throws some serious heat and shows very good L form on his throws. Kaplan definitely has good fundamentals, and is well trained with his footwork. The 2021 signal-caller puts the ball on the money, and has some excellent passes down the sideline. He throws a nice tight spiral and has a snappy release. Kaplan’s location and footwork are very impressive. Considering his size, he will have to show more as a runner, and at this point Kaplan will need to improve his speed. He is very skilled though, executes the offense really well, and he sells his fakes, which can open the offense a ton. He has a nice feel at bouncing the football back out. Made some gains to his power clean this offseason, so it’ll be interesting to see how that translates this fall when Kaplan is running the football.
