Took awhile to find Thrower on social media, but even before we could, he was already getting P5 traction with several schools expressing heavy interest and Tenn sending in an offer. The very springy athlete gets off his blocks quickly and is in the backfield before you know it. Agility is outstanding, some of the best in the entire class. Thrower looks very good at changing directions and can flip his hips and make plays in man coverage too. Excellent tackler, his weight lifting numbers suggest that he the 200 lbs. linebacker might not gain a whole lot more weight since 350 is pretty high already. Thrower is a hybrid OLB/SS prospect at the next level. His big hitting and speed is near the tops in the class of 2021.
