What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?
What makes me stand out as a future collegiate athlete is that I am a very hard worker. As a young man growing up in this society I know that nothing is ever given to you. You have to work and strive for success and greatness. Even though my stature isn’t big I am very elusive and quick. I can play slot receiver and running back. At Troup I average 28 yards a catch and 103 yards a game in all purpose yards. As an athlete of my stature I know that I’m not the biggest person but I have the most heart and determination.
Dixon has solid speed in the open field. His yards per catch has been over 20 all of HS, and really anywhere on the field he can take it the distance. He is pretty effective on bubble and tunnel screens where he get behind his blocks and read the defense. He doesn’t make hardly any cuts, and relies on his blazing speed. Shows really good focus on jump ball passes. Those same reliable hands are shown on kickoff coverage as well. Dixon is a gadget type of player who can create on his own. Production dropped off junior year it seems.
