Wooten has been the other receiver at Jones County that has put up huge numbers this season. The 2021 recruit times his jump very well, and shows good body control when going up for a catch. Nice balance, bounces off tacklers – again, very good body control. Changes directions very well, doesn’t lose much speed when making a cut. Keeps legs moving after contact, has the type of frame to really add some weight. Physical off the line, he just bulls through press coverage in some cases. Wooten has above average speed and can get there just in a few strides. Good running instincts, makes fluid cuts and gets the defender completely turned around in the open field sometimes. Wooten is a legit talent, he should definitely be getting P5 interest over the coming months.
