Jordan has put on 15 lb.s since the end of last season and is now moving closer to the 260 mark. He is not a the biggest DT at only 5’10”, but he does get low, and is pretty tough getting off blocks. Several clips of him fighting off blocks against some quality offensive linemen, especially at Crisp Co. Jordan is very good shading in the direction of the play using his quickness and makes a lot of tackles in the A gap. Jumps the snap pretty quickly, and does a solid job of getting leverage considering his length. I love the hustle plays you see on film where he books out to the sideline to make a tackle. Jordan is a really solid football player here, he definitely has a nose for where the play is going, and that’s why he produced so well in 2019. Needs to work on hip strength and continuing to get stronger at the point of attack. Jordan is definitely a tough player, and someone that I think local schools will be all over.
