What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?

Hard worker and eager to get better

Terry has improved each year, and has made a lot of strides on the defensive side of the football during his HS career. As a junior, he took a step forward as a safety and really seems to have a feel reading the QB’s eyes. Senior year he continued improve on that side of the ball, making good tackles in the open field where he does a very good job of squaring up on his attempt. Short-space quickness has improved a good bit, and you are seeing better all-around acceleration for Terry. He is a quick reactor to the play, and sees the field very well. Terry really saw his usage increase his senior year, and was even playing close to the LOS at times to take advantage of his tackling. He’s a tough young man, and the weight he has added shouldn’t go unnoticed. Terry has put on about 10-15 lbs. each year of HS. Terry projects well as a safety and his versatility allows you to play him all around the field based off the scheme. Terry has definitely improved his lower body strength, that really shows out on film, and when he is at RB you see his leg drive come thru with tough yards.
