Gardner self-reported measurements are very impressive. He played both DB and WR for Carver last year and looked especially impressive playing defensive back, where he uses his speed to flow to the ball. He is an secure tackler out in open space and he plays the game with a ton of intensity – more than capable of bringing the boom. His speed allows him to quickly step up in run support and put hat on the ball carrier. Like Gardner’s potential to play FBS football based off his size and his strong comeback junior season after suffering a leg injury his sophomore year. He’s playing even better this fall too, really flying around and making plays for his team. He should receive a good bit of after season accolades at this current pace.
